I love Miramar, there is a lot more moisture in the air than anywhere else.

All taken with my 75-300mm since I completely forgot to reserve a 70-200, 300 2.8 & 2x teleconverter before the airshow.

Very nice. Those vapor cones really stand out against the blue sky. I was there Friday and Saturday and it was cloudy for the F-18 passes.

It didn't hurt that it rained Saturday evening... Lots of residual moisture in the air. They were getting good vapor on Friday as well...

Those are great, I found your thread Sunday morning when I was getting ready to leave for Miramar. I was disappointing that the 747 didn't fly on Sunday.

oddly enough, I never get the vapor shots out here in Vegas.
