I really like the first shot - she is a real beauty, and I like the pose and the setting and the exposure and color balance, etc. My only problem is very minor, and that is that her hair has a some tonal merger with the background in some places. It would have been better if her hair were backed up with something not so close in tone.

Composition -- she could be just a little more to the left in the picture, and it would be nice if she could shape her hands differently to get rid of the "claw" look.

Is the first one real? I don't think the lighting matches on the body vs the background. Either way it could be turned into a portrait and it would improve, I think -- there is a lot of wasted space on the left.

Yup it's real... I dropped the ambient by about a stop and used the flash to fill.
