sorry
but if anyone would like to see this other shot

I looked up what pictures of her I took that day
and this other shot of the 'girl on a mission' may be better in some other ways.

( other shot shown here in this post)

http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=58178

her hands are ok in it but the background and book page edges and the piece of paper are all blown out

this is the smaller size
I left the first picture a bit 'larger then life' as I like to see her that way
sorry if it offends anyone
(being slightly too large)
hope it's ok

edit later

sadly I see there is something wrong with her hand ( or hands)
funny how my other photo went so badly wrong with her other hand though

seems ok here , if not a bit large in this photo

the other hand in reality now seems to really have something wrong with it

just finding this all a bit extraordinary.

anyway she is beautiful and that's what I wanted to show to you

Marie, you are right, she is very beautiful.

And in this picture she has a very nice 'innocent' look.

Best regards,
Andy

Nice shot Marie. Looks like your street people photography is really coming along well. She's a beautiful subject!! Hahaa.. Now that you mention it.. Her hands do look kinda huge. Is that the effect of her hands being too close to the lens? You got her at a very nice angle.

I mean candits.

this is from last year
it's freezing cold here now and I doubt this girl is still hanging around there
(DUPLICATE IMAGE)

I would say you are right about the hands.
although I noticed her covering them up a lot but never saw them real close until I was fixing some of the pictures today.

she is from Holland

I like the first shot. I like her hands because they gave me the idea that she was busy writting or searching for something and that she was in a hurry...

Like all 3 Marie, but I think I like the one at the top of this thread the best. There's just somethin about it that draws me into the photo. :)

The pictures are nice, but in my opinion, I think they would be better without any kind of effect.
