For the more rare cars, I tend to shoot with tripod and CPL at multiple angles to reduce as much reflection as possible. Also long shutter speeds to blur out loads of people walking around. Ive talked to a few people that have been to this car show last year and their telling me that there is always a crowd around the cars very hard to get a good picture. If you can get in early, you can probably use your 100 or 70-200. Also, if the cars are modded, take tight shots of the mods.
