Upstrap for me. Stays put and seriously heavy duty. I got the QR model and it's worth every dime.

Same here..... also less bulky attached to the camera in the bag which means I can get it into or out of my Fastpack faster.

most of the cameras at work have crumpler industry disgrace straps
