I have a 450D with EF-S 17-85 lens - i need more tele capabilities
I am wondering should I buy the EF 70-300 (and deal with lens swap) or replace my 17-85 with 18-200 ?
Thx for the advice

DreDaze happy with myself for not saying anything stupid More info | Oct 10, 2008 16:44 | #3 i think the main thing depends on what you think about swapping lenses...it seems like some don't like it...i kind of enjoy it to be honest...it kind of sucks when going out and having to carry the lenses...but that's why i've got a small bag that allows me to carry the camera, and 2/3 other lenses at once... I'd certainly like one, but I think they are overpriced right now. I'll wait till the market is flooded with ex kit lenses... Canon 6D
