Was not really certain which forum to post this one in, the spider is not present, it's not a landscape so I thought that this forum came the closest to the subject.

I was out walking in the park with my dog this morning when I spied this web out of the corner of my eye. As I passed it it gave off a flash of light at a certain angle so I doubled back to see what it was. As I moved my head back and forth I could get the sun to reflect off the moisture on the web and it really did look like it was spun with gold.

This is the best I could manage with the processing, did some cropping, curves and a tad sharpening but no colour correction. This was the colour that I saw.

Used a sigma 70-300 at 92mm, iso 200, f4.0, 1/400 and manual focus.

Any and all comments are greatly appreciated.

That's pretty darn cool. Nice work capturing it! Perfect DOF here.

Wow! This shot is excellent:)

...But still the clever north wind was not satisfied. It spoke to her of towns yet to be visited, friends yet to be discovered...
