Jerry's '32 Ford 3-Window Coupe has a Ford 351 Windsor motor with a 300bhp mild build. Transmission is Ford FMX auto pushing a 9" Ford 3.50 rear end.

He's had it since 1954, mostly in storage, & started working on it 2 years ago. So far this year he's driven it 800 miles.

I would love to have something like that. Fun to toy around with and yet it doesn't have to be perfect.

I agree. Some of these guys get $10,000 paint jobs trying to "win" a $10 trophy & then head home if there's a threat of rain? It makes no sense to me.

Thanks for the comments.

Boy, no kiddin'. I sure get tired of "Chivvys" in everything. That'll be a nice little rig if he ever gets it painted.

I love rat rods.

My Grandma has a 32 3 window with a 350 and prefect paint job and not much you can do with it except take it to shows.

Would you rather the car had "Moons" on it? ;)

As for the 800 miles so far, I can only assume that all of his driving is during the daytime.
There are no headlights on that car.

I would rather see moon caps on it than those, thats just my opinion though. Glad to see a Ford powerplant in a Ford though. Good lookin car

I liked the full spun aluminum moons, but could live with the dog-dish variety, too. "Rats" were all about plain & simple & fast, so I don't think my all time favorite, American Mags, would be right for it, either.
