I feel like you could have cropped in a little tighter? Especially on the first pic. But I love the harsh shadows!

i couldve cropped, but i like to show a little background of what it is im riding, the fountain picture we wanted the fountain in view with some scenery.

the harsh shadows are from a 430ex off camera about 8ft 60* from where ever i was, the park indoor is small and tight, so getting good angles is a challenge

2nd flash is on my list of gear to buy

Ha! I knew it! You are Beanie.
Like dirkadirka said on bmx-f, they could do with being a bit tighter, they're nice though, so sharp.

these are good, you could use another flash but they're alright. more ambient and less flash in the last one of the first post would've been a lot better.

EDIT: just saw you're getting a new flash... just get something cheap like a vivi 285 or a sunpak 544/555

Good shots, but I would try to get closer in. The rider always seems to get lost, and isn't your main focal point in some.

And damn! Nice flat whips! Are you on TCU?

the Vivs are nice for park and stuff since they are plenty powerful, very durable, and cheap. I use two regularly in conjunction with my Sigme 530 and frankly, kind of prefer them. Once you lose TTL, it makes little difference anyway other than recycle times.

Images are nice indeed. That ceiling is low though! I thought Chenga was bad but this is nuts. I won't comment on crops since others have and it seems like all I have posted on lately. Composition is solid as is your timing which, imo, is what makes these images great.

Nice work, nice riding. I'm back on ramps tomorrow night at Rays, can't wait since its' been months.
