It was shot in a cave - an inside room with NO natural light whatsoever - I put a 550EX up on either side of the room about 4m back from the front, faced them forward in and up somewhat, set them on half-power, and fired them with PWs. Nightmare. Probably should have had one at the front as well, facing back, set to about 1/64 or 1/128, but didn't think of it.
