how many pictures and what intervals did you do to get this shot? Just getting into HDR and am curious

I believe there were 5 exposures at a full stop difference, so +2, +1, 0. -1, -2 stops.

I found a similar image of the same subject taken from a nearby vantage point in one of Rich Sammon's new books. He lives in Croton.

All modesty aside, I think mine was better. If you look closely, you can even see a bit of spray-induced rainbow which survived the Photomatix processing.
