Has anyone used the Stroboframe quick release with their anti-twist plate on a 20D/30D/40D body with the grip?
I am wondering how well it works?
I currently have the anti-twist plate on the 20D and 40D (both with grip) on a VH2000 flash bracket. The unscrewing of the camera to remove from the bracket is getting annoying.
I was wondering if adding the quick release plate would help?
Or do I have to for go the anti-twist plate?
Any advise is helpful. Thanks.
Too bad I cannot afford the RRS stuff right now.
