I tried a new sharpen for web/re-size action, and I'm worried they might be over-sharpened, If so, that's why.

A tighter crop would look nice, too, but there is something to be said about not having a subject centered all the time. Sometimes a little bit of background is nice and enhances the picture, which IMO it does here.
