Just took this shot yesterday. This is 1 of 2 eagles that are migrating south right now. They always stop for a bit of hunting in the spring and fall on their migratory route.

Getting some posterization on the jpeg which doesn't exist on the raw. If anyone can help me out in reducing that effect.

Wow, thanks for all the positive comments! I am really lucky. The same eagle right now is sitting only a block away. He has been sitting on his same tree all day. If I knew I wouldn't scare him out of his hunting grounds, I'd be there every day taking pics.

Thanks, but there is some posterization. Look closely at the blue sky around the eagle. It looks smooth and then turns blocky. Not really noticable, but it does exist.

Only happens in jpeg, tiff is fine.
