While Im not a big fan of framing, it always makes it look more presentable on the web. At first glance the image has a nice feel to it, but when I look at it longer, I dont know what to fix my attention on.
Maybe get more focus on the peoply by cropping out the rest?

The sepia really suits the image.

So far as I'm concerned, putting frames on pictures posted on Critique Corner is a waste of time for the author, unless frames and framing are your primary interest.

This is a very good image in that it has a dramatic sky, a reasonably interesting action, and a good exposure. Unfortunately, it is also too much. The action, which should be the primary focal point, is all within the left hand one third of the picture. Everything else detracts from that - especially the activities behind the bales at the extreme right. That, especially, should be cropped out.

Very nice, but needs more work on the composition before getting into all of the post processing gimmicks.

I agree with Robert. Here are some thoughts about composition.
