FYI... It's spelled LENS and NOT LENSE

At this moment now on page 1 of the lens forum, there are 4 threads with the improperly spelled word "lense" in the title, and only 3 with it spelled properly as "lens".
(not including stickies)

Don't know why, but it bugs me. ;)

Not much point to this thread. I'm sure it'll get deleted or something.

The obsolescent spelling lense is sometimes seen, but Merriam-Webster's medical dictionary is the only major dictionary that considers this to be correct

Webster is also the one who decided that neighbour, colour, centre, metre, should be spelled neighbor, color, center, meter. Only Americans spell it this way, while the rest of the world laughs.

Does that bug you more than people using a polarizing filter indoors, or at night? That one drives me up the wall for some reason.
