Downtown Oklahoma city - tilt-shift Photoshop

I had gone went downtown to take pictures of the skyline and none of them turned out really the way I wanted. So I figured I'd mess with one of the photos and Photoshop it to look like a tilt-shift photo.

do you all know if there is a photo club around the okc area cause i live in edmond and i just cant find one
