XSI with a Canon 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III there are a few more similar to this one but I thought this was by far the best.

watch your ISO, ISO 800 is too high for that shot, as a result, the noise is clearly visable...

for a shot like that, ISO 200 would suffice.

Wow How did you know It was at 800? What are the negative effects of using too high of an ISO??
