Lovely car & shots, but if it's for a calendar shouldn't your girlfriend be spread half naked across the bonnet?

hahaha. good one. I wouldn't count on that happening LOL

Nice Shots. I like #1 the best. Considering the location (in which I do like

), you where able to control the reflections on the car, where they matter. I find the slight "turn" of the wheel hardly noticeable. Looks calendar ready.
I know you shoot a lot of HDR images...I don't believe these are HDR (except the last), but sometimes I can't tell because you have such a unique HDR technique. However, what processing did you use?
This is a situation where a CPL filter is a must have. I was able to kill most of the reflections with it. As for processing. I shot all these in HDR but in the end, due to wind, I used the under exposed shots and but everything up. That way the highlights weren't blown out. I used Photomatix to open and faux HDR these. Then I did the final touches with Adobe Camera Raw.

First shot is great but may be cropped a bit tight. For something like a calendar where the image will be rather large I think it's OK to have a bit more space around the car. If it were a quarter or even half page shot in a magazine then tighter cropping allows more detail. The window stickers are a little distracting but hey, you have to represent the club!
Lovely car. The TR4 is such a nice, simple, elegant design. I have a TR2, a TR3 and a Sports 6. Us Triumph folks have to stick together!
Cheers,

Very good point Kurt, thanks. I actually have several variations of that shot of deferent zooms. This one posted being the tightest crop. That way the person laying out the calendar will have a few choices.
