lol Zane. I'm sitting here drinking gatorade pondering a muscle relaxer to get some sleep!! I was up and down about 5 times last night.

I never did make it in to take Eli to tap either, I hate missing a cla$$ but I just wasn't up to it.

I'm making spare ribs here , for my son and his girl ..should be good smells yummy .

I have to venture into cooking ribs. I think my first time will be as a family cook thing with my brother. Ribs have a technique that I haven't learnt yet.

Yeah but I don't need a huge batch of chili for just me.... I don't know how to make chili for one!

Easy, ground beef, onion, garlic cloves (1 or 2 biguns), brown together, add chilli mix in an envelope, sneek in extra chilli powder when Curt isn't looking, bottle of beer, tomato sauce, diced tomatos, tomato paste, let it all simmer for a couple of hours then add beans, we like the dark red kidney beans, but beanless works for lots of folks too, simmer some more. Serve over baked or mooshed taters, or with saltine crackers, and have some cheddar cheese handy to sprinkle in. Sliced green onions to sprinkle on is good too.

Sounds good Becky, I'll have to try that with some ground turkey. I marinaded some chicken breasts today and they are still marinading...they'll have to wait for tomorrow as well!!
