My husband is exactly the same way about Boo. I have to stop him also. We can't even go on vacations unless she can go with us, he doesn't trust anyone to watch her!

I'm a total dad to my little girl Gunny.

IMAGE: http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b141/legionmob4/Gunny%20My%20Bulldog/IMG_4416.jpg?t=1226035407

She's about 3 years old now and still stubborn as hell.
IMAGE: http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b141/legionmob4/Gunny%20My%20Bulldog/IMG_6188.jpg?t=1226035501

She loves being lazy on the stairs.
IMAGE: http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b141/legionmob4/Gunny%20My%20Bulldog/IMG_6553.jpg?t=1226035603

Especially in the sun. She'll actually follow the sun down the stairs laying on the step that's directly in the sun.
IMAGE: http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b141/legionmob4/Gunny%20My%20Bulldog/IMG_6569.jpg?t=1226035658

She actually hates the camera. Or loves it. Either way.
IMAGE: http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b141/legionmob4/Gunny%20My%20Bulldog/IMG_6570.jpg?t=1226035725

So I have to catch her when she's not looking most of the time.
IMAGE: http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b141/legionmob4/Gunny%20My%20Bulldog/IMG_6574.jpg?t=1226035753

Once she sees the camera... She's pounce at you cause she either wants to kill the camera... or she just wants to take some pics herself!
IMAGE: http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b141/legionmob4/Gunny%20My%20Bulldog/IMG_7493.jpg?t=1226035870

Post away here! I love looking at pics of other Bullies! They all have such unique personalities. If these pics make you interested in bulldogs make sure to check out your local bulldog rescue. Gunny come's from the socal bulldog rescue. She was a surrender, because she was "aggressive towards other dogs." I have never had any probs with her around DOZENS of dogs. I think they expected her to be a lazy dog. Surprisingly bulldogs can be quite active. I know she is.

Here's some more of my Lucy. 2nd one is very low light, high iso, hand held with my 30D. Tough lighting but I liked the expression on her face.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with talking about your pets like family. After all we are their parents!
