Did a quick little photoshoot the other day. Not too much PP but I did add a graduated filter in LR. C&C please.

welcome to POTN.
I would have to say that you choose a bad time of day to shoot it. The sun is rather harsh and you shot the shaded side of the car. Try shooting at about an hour before sunset or right at sun rise. I think your compositions are ok but you background does not fit the car. I would like to see it in a more Urban setting or a winding road.

Interesting that "Maranello Boy's" 1st thread is of German iron? :D
I would normally agree with Jamie's comment, I would have to say that you choose a bad time of day to shoot it.
But, with the exception of the tree reflected in the side, it looks pretty good in color managed Firefox3. Firefox 3 "Enable Color Management" Trick.

It would rock in this light, though: A few Car Lighting Tips - Updated

Thanks for the welcome, I will be around here the most I have a feeling. I shot the Mercedes on a "wow I am bored, lets go shoot something" kind of a Sunday, and unfortunately no Fcars around. Thanks for that link it is very helpful. And you will see some pictures of stuff from Maranello very soon.
