I assume this only works on XXD bodies and not the 5DMKII correct?
Just curious because if not it's going up for sale

Is there a similar remote timer that will work on the 5DMKII...a digital one?

It should work on the XXD and XDx bodies, my understanding is an adaptor is required for the xxxD bodies.

I suggest you check the US web and Canon literature for the compatible accessories.

Works on any EOS digitals other than the Rebel (D300-1000) line.
