What is the policy on sharpening? Just leave photos unsharpened I assume?

edit: nevermind, found my answer

Is sepia considered in the B&W category, or are we talking strictly B&W?

Just submitted a photo I've been very pleased to capture... Hope others are going to be as excited about it as I am... More than a novice eye is required to appreciate it, cause it's in pretty low light.

I'm afraid it does, the entry form will reject any images that are too large or too small. The reasoning is that this is the exact size for the largest image we require for the book and means we do not have to delay for getting the correctly sized images once the images have been chosen, or worry about having to reshuffle images if we find out one is too small for it's designated slot.

You can upsample in photoshop (and many other programs) and as it is such a small step up, there should be no loss of quality.

Just a question - how do I tell the date that I joined POTN??? It's a compulsory field, and I can't find anywhere where it states this...I've been a member for probably 3+ years...

Dave
