I currently own a lowepro slingshot 200aw, due to recent lens additions i'm unable to fit my gear in. Can anyone advise me on a large enough replacement so i can fit in the following equipment plus have enough room for a bit of food and the odd can of coke.
Canon 400d with grip
70-200 2.8 IS
100-400
17-55 IS
Tokina 12-24
TIA!

Canon EF 24-70
Canon EF 70-200 2.8 IS II

If you like your Slingshot 200 AW, have you looked into the Slingshot 300 and 400?

There's always the bag reviews.

I don't think the flipside 300 is going to hold all of that, I posted a picture of mine here:

Take a look at the Lowepro Rover AW II: Lowepro Rover AW II (external link)

It will easily hold the 70-200/2.8 and the 100-400L vertically, plus the other two lenses and body. I typically do this with mine, but stow the hoods in the upper compartment. Plenty of room above for light jacket, food, odds and ends, hoods, CF cards, remote cable, lens cloths, etc. You shouldn't have a problem at all with what you want to carry (although it will get a bit heavy on long hikes carrying all that artillery). The Rover also has several small zip pockets on the outside, plus two elasticized pouches for water bottles or whatever else you'll need to carry along, not to mention a tripod holder.

I just spent five days in the Tetons with mine...couldn't have asked for a better camera backpack. In the gear compartment, I carried my 5D and 30D bodies, 70-200/2.8, 24-105L, Oly 21/3.5, Oly 24/2.8, and Leica 35/2.8 . Plenty of room...

Ignore the list price on the Lowepro site...its about $50 less at B&H
