I had wanted to try a shot like this for a long time and now that I have some off camera flash gear and a coffee machine, I decided it was time to experiment.

Was lit with one 430EX on the bench to the top right (can see the black of the flash body) into a glass water jug at 1/32 power. Ambient light was thanks to some horrid little down lights in the kitchen.

Can I get anyone a coffee?
