First attempt at light painting

I was inspired by everyone's light painting here, so I gave it a shot earlier tonight. As simple as it sounds, it's not too easy to get the right exposure. These two are some of the better attempts during my little 30 minute shoot. Hopefully I'll get the hang of this. It was pretty fun running around the car during the exposure.

1. The rear 3/4 panel is overexposed, while the rear of the car is underexposed.

Depends on what you view it with. #1 looks good overall, but a touch light, in color managed Firefox3. Firefox 3 "Enable Color Management" Trick.
