The toy in the first one looks too posed- facing head on into the camera and makes me wonder if you were shooting a toy ad. If that was what you were going for then you did it. The 2nd one is just a darling shot. The only thing that throws me off is his missing foot. I think you could have cropped it much tighter his face and the square he is peering through. They both look very nice, but as a portrait, I like the 2nd. Good job

Thanks everyone......pdrow-I didn't take your comments as critical, you made valid points. I really wish I didn't cut his foot off in the second shot. Itried a tightier crop as you suggested and it turned out nice. Thanks again.
