need your feedback RE contrast & brightness

I having a fit right now with many prints coming back very dark and high contrast. Would appreciate your opinion on this image. Are brightness and contrast acceptable?

I think the low contrast in this one is mainly due to the atmosphere. It might benefit from a levels or curves adjustment especially if done on a gradient from bottom to top.
