400D Questions sensor cleaning?

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone has a link to a good thread or site about cleaning a sensor, my 400D/xti sensor is filthy!!

Also is there any way of getting dust out of the view finder? It looks like there is a couple of pieces of grass in there, but they dont show up in photos, any ideas how I can get them out!?
