MS Live Cashback + Ebay 10% coupon?

I've heard two different accounts on this.

1. You can stack them.
2. Someone tried to stack them but was denied the MS Live Cashback.

Anyone have any sort of success with these?

im pretty sure i stacked this when live.com first went noticed in this forum and i've received my cashback since then. I don't know if the terms of service has changed, but at the time the 10% coupon i used was a paypal code and live.com is microsoft so i dont see why you couldnt stack.

you could stack them without effecting Microsoft,the only problem you might see is that you are not included in their eligible members for 10% off.
the 10% coupon must be emailed to you, otherwise don't waste your time.

It was emailed to me, so this should work?

if it was emailed to you or shows up in your my ebay inbox, then your account is flagged and eligible.

How long did it take for you guys for this 30% cashback to appear in "pending" list?

Yes. You can. I stacked one, and my account wasn't even eligible. I had already committed to buy, and applied the PayPal coupon. Got to the checkout page, and the 10% coupon no longer was valid. I contacted PayPal, told them a friend gave it to me (true) and they credited my account for the 10%, and the MS Cashback still worked.

Used it to buy a 580exII, that ended up around $250 after all the deals.

How do you people get those 10% off coupons. I've been using eBay for years and not once received a coupon. Am I not spending enough? LOL

I googled on how to do it, but it's basically in your settings, and allow email offers from ebay, it's a little hidden.

I had screen shots of everything, to cover my rear end in case something did happen. So I had the one showing the 10% applied, then you click buy it now or whatever at which point your committed. Next screen, shows the total, and the 10% is gone. I figured oh well, I'm proud of my 100% feedback, so I'm going through with it, I'm still getting the MS cashback.

So I first contacted ebay live help. They said I have to contact PayPal since I already paid. So I sent PayPal an email through their site. Explained everything, and told them that I have the screenshots. They wrote back and said that we'll do it for you this one time, but a friend can't email you a coupon and use it. I said, I understand, but the interface shouldn't faslely tell me that I *can* use it and then take it away after I've committed to buy. They agreed and conceded to me.

Worked without a single glitch for me. I was emailed the coupon, I think I got it because I'm a power seller? Anyway...

MS Cashback = 30%
eBay Coupon = 10%
Amex Simplycash = 1%

Go to Myebay->Account->Notification Preferences-Promotion and Survey (it's the last one)-Click Show->check whatever box you want and SAVE.
