Foreground is underexposed. This one has a lot of contrast. Need a HDR composite or meter the foreground and use a ND filter for the sky. Horizon slightly tilted or could be the way the mountain and lake(?) is making it look like it is. Tower on the left 1/3 is also tilted.
Maybe get a little closer to the structure on the left so we can see that statue on top?

Ditto on the ND grad filter. Will help bring out the foreground a lot. You could shoot RAW and open up the foreground detail a bit in the RAW converter.

You have oversharpened this image a tad, as evidenced by the haloes around the mountain and tower edges.

A great sky; full of drama.
