While we are on this thread I would like to know:
Can the "Flash exp. comp."be adjusted remotely from the computer when using the remote shooting? How do I have to do this? Or do I have to adjust the flash exp. comp. from the camera (40D)? I am shooting via a PC

I haven't done this in awhile, I think you have full control from the EOS utility

it worked out that everything worked out perfectly off the EOS utility, although I enjoy the FX browser interface more.

One thing I noticed about the 40D that I didn't enjoy was the absence of the AV button like the 350D has on the rear. On the 350D it is sooooooo easy and quick to change the AV settings but the 40D lacks in that area. Does anybody else think so?
