Use the rectangle tool and make a loose selection of the sky and mountain area. Copy and paste it to a new layer. In the new layer make a hue/saturation adjustment, select blue from the dropdown list and make it as light as you wish.

Great shot - except to me the sky looks pretty well blown out, especially on the right. Why do want to lighten it?

Is this a little darker? Played with levels on the sky.

Great image. The water looks like glass. Great capture of the reflection. I want to skip a rock on it soooooooo bad.

for darker sky a color burn would work? easier then levels and masking. use select color range or the magic wand to select the sky, new fill layer, blend mode to color burn, pick a gray color. or mess around with the other colors.

I like # 2. You know you could mirror the reflection to be the sky. If you like to try it I could find you a tutorial?
