I bought 3 extra batteries for my 50D from SterlingTEK. They have very good reputation here.
I have not no confirmation of shipping and they never responded to my mails. I live in UK and I am bit worried.
How reliable are they????

I bought like 20 battteries from them already and they always give me "too-fast" shipping all the time, like Im ordering on Friday/Saturday and its supposed to be 5 days shipping, but I usually got it the next Monday.

Friend bought batteries from them and got defective one, send it back and got the replacement very soon.

So, I'd say they are very reliable

Hope your order is OK, must be just custom clearance thingy or something like that.

Hey,

I bought my first set of batteries from them for my G5 and they arrived very quickly.. I'm in Canada by the way. The second set I bought for my XTi took a long time for some reason because of customs.

It's probably the same case with you.. I was worried and I emailed them but the batteries eventually came a couple weeks later.. damn customs! Hang in there, I'm sure they're on their way.

I've bought several batteries from them as well. Can't say communicated well, but did ship quick and the quality was great.

I live in Vancouver and I just ordered a couple of batteries and a charger from them recently.

While the link to their Yahoo store never updated the status of my order, I did eventually receive the package after 5 business days.

I ordered 3 batteries and some AAA's and a charger for them and I had nothing but problems. This was back in May? I had gotten stuff from them before and fast service like everyone has said. But this last time it was like pulling teeth to get everything. I final did but it took many emails that non were answered and a few phone calls. The phone calls is how it finally got worked out. They do have a really good product! Would I buy from them again? Yes I would give them one more try.

I have ordered batteries for G2, Sony Handy cam, and XT from them (on different occasion). They deliver in time. If I have any complain about them, it is about the battery. Usually, they are of higher capacity (2X) than real canon ones. however after 1yr of use, they dont hold charge like my 4 yr old canon battery holds.
Considering these are way cheaper, it is still good alternative.

From the UK aswell, I ordered two batteries from them on 14/10/2008 and received them today 25/10/2008. So it does take some time to get them.
