I took this in Ellicott City, Md. on a recent visit, where I used to live. I wanted a Norman Rockwell type of look. Opinions?

I like it, and it surely does capture that small town feeling.

I like it as well.I think( and I have no idea how to) it would make a sweet HDR? But I am probably way off!:o

bw!

I really like this - the colors are great and the feel is very classic. Great job!

You might try desaturating it just a tiny bit.

Too bad you didn't get in the entire Yates & So sign.

People would add interest, but only if in period dress.

I like the original image, but I think I like Joe's version a little better....it has more of a vintage feel that fits with the "Norman Rockwell" look you were going for.

.over easy.

I agree with Chris. Lots of potential to work with. Can you rent an old codger with a beard and coveralls to hang out in front while you shoot away?

Nice colors in the first image and the second has that worn out look. I like the composition most of all.
