Same here, I like #3.

#2 has so much reflection it looks like a regular picture but inverted! Makes my head spin :)

Me, I like the second one, that is a great concept, of course I am a sucker for reflection shots, but I don't think I have seen one where most of the shot was the reflection, I like them all alot.

#1 seems the colors are off.

#2 nice, but seems crooked

#3 is great, I would crop it a little differently though

Thanks Jeaucl!

nw85887- Thank you for the critique! I couldn't improve without it! :) What kind of crop would you suggest for #3?

Are the colors better in this edit?

1. was underexposed and generally unvivid.. the edit ^ is much better, but the sky looks unnatural now... you should try bringing down the highlights OR reducing the luma or changing the hue of the blue a bit if you shot in raw... but the leaf colors are magnificent

2. very good and interesting framing, a bit blurry in the bottom end (kit lens?), so should have tried stopping down only a bit or maybe would have cropped a tiny bit from the bottom (everything south of the lowest red-leafed tree). It is a cool shot either way though

3. VERY interesting shot color-wise... weird ratio for the crop though...

Thanks for the comments eror! I was using a kit lens will all three shots. I'll work on a crop for #2. How would you suggest I crop #3?

just realized, it wasn't the crop i minded... I checked and its 2:3 i think. Then i guess it's the composition that's bugging me, don't know why though :(

now that i looked at it a bit, i think i'd crop it either vertically (only the middle, most red part of the scene) or in a way so i lose the left hand dark part and keep the ratio 2:3 so you'd lose either a bit from the bottom or the top... but I'm not sure...

I think that the biggest problem (in my mind, not on the photo) is this:

when you're looking at the pic and you start from the left there is a continuous gradient of color and light as you continue, until you reach the part where the bottom part is the sky and the top continue to be leaves... I believe the problem for me lies somewhere in that bottom right corner. Thats why i said I'd maybe crop it vertically and lose both the left and right part and keep only the part with the most interesting colors and the capilary like branch etc...
