Looks good! Did you make the design on your own? Or did you cheat like me and find a stencil? :)

Hi David. :) It's all my own work, I drew on the pumpkin with a whiteboard marker and if I didn't like the looks of it, I just wipe it off and start again. Once I was happy with the design, I just broke out my ol' trusty penknife.
I've always been good at art, so I guess it shows in here.

Happy Hallowe'en

These were carved by various colleagues of mine... I'm just the guy with the camera.

Thanks to everyone for posting.
As for my pumpkin with the cats (and the pirate ship), those pumpkins were a little small.
Only around 7 inches high. So I had to shrink the pattern down.
If the pumpkins had been twice that size, the carvings would have looked better.

There's always next year. :D

Then again, I could always carve a watermelon like Athena did one year.

Actually, I save my patterns from every year. Instead of ruining the books and only using the patterns once, I photocopy them so I have them for another time. ;)

Just for size reference, here is a shot of all four of them together. Had they all been large like The Grim Reaper, then I think the cats and the pirate ship would have turned out better. When you reduce the patterns in size, it gets tougher to make those cuts.
