Was taken at 10am or there abouts sunny condition - manual settings - tv - 1/200, av 5, iso 160

I like the subjects and composition, but it's underexposed. Did you shoot RAW? Try lifting it by a stop, some USM on the catepillars and a tiny bit of desaturation on the leaves and you should have a much pleasing-on-the-eye shot. :)
