AnimateHP - busy error message

Hi -

I can connect to EOS 50d and download pictures - even do remote live view shooting.
However, when I try to connect to Animate HD, I get 'busy' error message, and the software will not recognise the camera.

What's "Animate HD"?

Please state if you have Mac or PC and what OS you have.
