50mm f/1.8 sharpness test

Took this shot with available light and my 50mm f/1.8 wide open. Slight curves adjustment with some fill light and a little bit of "dodging" with the eyes. What does everybody think?

Really cute shot, love the dof. However I find your eye is drawn more to the curtain than the childs gorgeous eyes, which is a little distracting.

Shooting the nifty wide open is pretty tricky - especially when your subject is an active little one! ;) All things considered, I'd say that you have yourself a sharp little 50mm! Those are some attention-getting eyes - keep the photos coming! :)

I agree, attention is normally drawn to the brightest part of the photo which is the curtain. But definitely a cute shot! I love my 50mm

Thanks for the feedback. It was one of those "catch it while you can" moments, so the composition was not the best ever. I appreciate the comments.
