Took these two this morning. I've seen tons of bridge shots going off into the fog, so I gave it a "shot" this morning (lame attempt at humor).

Equipment:
Tokina 12-24 f4
50D
Manual mode
some DPP post-processing

I like the mood in #1 and the symetery in #2...

You've got some noticeable vignetting going on in both, however.

Do you not know that puns are not allowed on this site, they're not understood by most, to subtle.

I like the "shots" except both should be B&W.

I agree that both should be B&W. Also, I'd ramp up the vignetting in post-processing: 1) it'll cover up the vignetting "error" inherent in these two shots and B) it'll enhance the moody nature of the scene.

#1 is great, you should have stopped down a bit and the vignette would be much less noticeable, if at all

#2 I don't like, its over exposed and the colors are a bit too washed out and unvivid, the color of the boards looks very unnatural and I don't like the grass in the left part of the scene. If you only moved 2 steps forward...

Two very nice shots breaking the "rule of thirds" (it's always nice to break the rules sometimes). I agree they're better in B&W. Why not just clone out the corner vignettes? It should be easy since there's little detail there.

Thanks for the feedback. You know, i didn't notice the vignetting until it was brought up here.

#1 is awesome. It draws you in real quick. Not to much to distract you but enough to make you stare at it. nice work.

I think the first one has some real potential. It could definitely stand some sharpening. Also, play with the curves, a lot. I'd like to see some more contrast in it.
