Took these two this morning. I've seen tons of bridge shots going off into the fog, so I gave it a "shot" this morning (lame attempt at humor).
Equipment:
Tokina 12-24 f4
50D
Manual mode
some DPP post-processing

jblaschke Goldmember More info | I agree that both should be B&W. Also, I'd ramp up the vignetting in post-processing: 1) it'll cover up the vignetting "error" inherent in these two shots and B) it'll enhance the moody nature of the scene. I agree they're better in B&W. Why not just clone out the corner vignettes? It should be easy since there's little detail there. EOS 5D II, 40D, Sony R1, Olympus 1030, Canon S5-IS.

Not to much to distract you but enough to make you stare at it. nice work. "I'm not immature, my default age limit is set to low."- someone in my head told me to write that.

Also, play with the curves, a lot. I'd like to see some more contrast in it. Nikon D300s -- Nikkor 24mm F/2.8 -- Nikkor 28-80mm F/3.3-5.6 -- Nikkor 135mm F/2.8 -- Sigma 70-300mm F/4-5.6flickr
