I've never done amazon. But I've sworn off ebay. Way too much scam anymore.

Back from Madagascar 2. The boys had a great time. They did a good job. It was a little hard holding down two seats (they dont weigh enough for them) and holding popcorn but all went well. It was a cute movie.

That will be the next movie we see.... This weekend however the boys and I are hitting the road for a birthday trip... My oldest will be 8 tomorrow and my youngest 6 on Friday... so we're going to go stay in a hotel out of town, go swimming and other fun stuff! :D

Often even the text of the message that a scammer will send out will be nearly identical across a number of attempted scams. You can search for a phrase within the message and see what comes up. In this case they offered a couple of easy to pick e-mail addresses to use, but I would not be surprised to find that they've tried the same thing, using the same message, but with other e-mail accounts.

For grins, I searched for "I am serious with this as i promise not let you down with the purchase of the item" and got this set of results:

I can't see the info w/o listing something for sale...you might post on the regular forum (a Help with ebay type thing) and someone who uses it on a regular basis might be able to show you. I know they still do "BIN" because my mom uses that option all the time. So it's got to be there...I'm just not sure where.

wow....

If you find a phrase that works, you use it again and again.

I've really strayed away from ebay lately. If I have spare things lying around that I want to sell, I sell through Amazon. They just take a small commission for themselves out of your final sale and that's it. Much simpler for me at least.

how do you sell through amazon?

have you tried selling it on Fred Miranda? Sometimes when things don't sell here, people are able to make the sale there. The selling fee is pretty negligible.

Yep...if you aren't getting any bites here...FM would be my next choice...even paying the fee is worth it...
