Welcome, CaliGirl. This is a good place to start. Regulars on this thread range from newbies, to those just starting to "get it" to weathered pros to, well, T.D. who defies clarification.

It seems legally sound to do so.

Hope everyone is doing okay tonight!! Wanted to drop in really fast and show some pictures I took tonight. Got my lens today!! YEAH!!!
Took my boys to practice on and well, it did NOT go very well. One was screaming and one just wanted to go out to eat. So I have a few that might be good. Its hard getting used to the 50mm after using the kit lens. I have one here, I am on the laptop so tell me if its off and what I can do to fix it, if you dont mind.. please?!
So first one is my oldest son, he wanted to eat.I cut off his head. So in the future I must watch that!!
Second is purely a picture to show you how it went...

Congrats on getting the new lens, I like the second shot.:D:D It's fun getting good photos of your kids when they're little.

I certainly don't want to be responsible for the consequences of it not being posted.

Congrats! Good luck holding it in until then.

Congrats.

They kept giving us water while we waited to do the drug screen at my last employer. The longer we had to wait, the less able we were to wait. ;)

Thanks ... yeah, the last time I took a refresher drug test there wasn't a 4-hour limit, so I kept drinking water and coffee, etc...

I was there for 1.5 hours.... they kept bringing me bottles of water... they were not amused :-D

(neither was I...)
