Threw him for a loop when my XP laptops wouldn't connect either. After hours of frustration....it turns out the problem wasn't here at all...but with Charter's equipment that serves this part of the county...seems they had 700 customers that couldn't renew their IP addresses correctly...the old address wasn't being released.
