Hey Mooo,

Merry Christmas Jamie.

Nice window Scott. So is it like a food chain, carnivorous squirrels eating hummingbirds?:wink:

Bad luck on the working late bit Jennifer. My monsters, I mean kids, finished a week ago for my daughter and three weeks ago for my son. Xmas is a long break here for them as they don't go back until around the 25th Jan.

We drove around the neighbourhood last night and checked out all of the Christmas Lights. The drive was welcome relief from the heat as it was 30C. One place that we visited was the overall winner for this side of town, it takes the lady 3months to do it.

Here's a bit of phototax, this is from a family BBQ last weekend at my cousins. My daughter and my cousins son. His eyes are really like this, a piercing blue.

We had a southerly change blow through last night so we can expect lower temps for today thankfully. Got to get out and mow again today, seems we are having perfect weather for grass growing, so it's growing perfectly. I will endear myself to the neighbours and do this early today before it warms up too much.

Yeah, and cause he lives by the beach he'll grow up part surfer dude.

My cousin, his mother, has the same dark hair and blue eyes.

Great, I killed the thread again :(

At least it wasn't me this time. ;)

G'morning you two. I'm waiting for Brown to arrive (my 14-24 comes today) and then I have to brave the roads because I need to go to costco and petco.

We hit Costco and the mall this morning. My wife's phone died on the way home from work last night, and she didn't have a car charger for it. When her 2 mile drive home took more than an hour, and she had no way to call, we both got a little worried.

G'Mooo from the "we know it's the last day of school for two weeks so we're getting in all the bad behavior we can" land....

If THAT wasn't bad enough... I got volunteered to do Santa pictures up at the day care this afternoon so I have to frickin' work LATE...

Last night I posted up 137 shots taken at my parents' Santa party. I got at least one shot of every kid there with Santa, usually more than one, and then you have to add in the family combinations. Not bad for about an hour's time when Santa was actually there.

One of my gang (I couldn't get my mom to look at anything but the LCD, so I'm glad she got as much of us as she did  ) :

Congrats! We've had either a Fedex or a UPS truck here every day this week. I only know what's in some of the boxes.

My parents brought that back with them from China. Part of their trip took them through a silk factory.

I took over 200 shots during the hour that Santa was there -- culled 70+ for expressions and the like, and still had the 137 for all the kids, parents, and grandparents who where there. :D My flash earned some time off. ;)

For some reason I can't see the photo in your post, but if I copy the link (from the source code), I can.

I don't see the photo in the original post (or any indication that there might be a photo there.

If I click the link that Jon provided, I see a white screen (the snowflake in a blizzard that Wool referenced the other day) but no image.

I just checked through IE (I normally use Firefox). In IE I see the red x error indicating that there should be an image there, but isn't.

If I click on Jon's link in IE I get a 404 - File Not Found error, instead of just the blank screen I see in Firefox.

Can you see an image after clicking Jon's link? If you can, it might be something that's password protected? I'm not familiar with good 'ol Smuggy, so I'm just guessing about that.

So, did Permie's new 14-24 (??? forget exactly what -- just know that it starts at 14) overwhelm her with awe? Am I going to have to go hunt through her other posts for samples?
