No LR1 :( and no nik filters.... who has money for that crap.... NOT ME!

Maybe try adjusting the white balance to warm things up a bit. I played with it a bit, and that seemed to help. It's a balance between warming up the light for Santa and not making the wall come out strange.

Jen, gimp is free. It's pretty decent processing software.

Sandpaper. Nothing coarser than 80 grit, tho'. Otherwise it leaves a mark.

Yeah that sounds... ummmmmm... painful....

I'm trying to warm them up a bit... am I warming them TOO much? They seem so odd untouched....

I've adjusted the WB and trying not to over do it....

She's got CS3 -- it was the LR1 vs LR2 issue that was the problem for the skin softening tools built in.

What is gimp?

That's when you get up in the middle of the night to get something to drink and your shin has a midnight rendezvous with the coffee table. That is gimp.

Here's a few more from today.... This little 2 year old was NOT going to sit with Santa... but she would walk towards him, and show him the toy she got... here's a capture of her...

This one was having NONE of Santa... her Mom (one of my co-workers) thought it was hilarious!

A co-worker's son who gave me this look when I asked if he was going to go sit with Santa!

Ok this series... was TOO cute. Another 2 year old. She was brave in the land of 2s... she was one of the only ones who would go actually within a foot of Santa. Right before she went back to her class.... I asked if she was going to go give Santa a hug.... she RAN to Santa and gave him this HUGE hug... it was TOO sweet!
