Oregonians...we were at the camera store in Dallas today. They sell a lot of older lenses etc....anyway they are having a garage sale tomorrow...bunches of older cameras lenses and misc stuff. Just thought I'd mention it.

Notice any L glass or other used canon gear I might be interested in?

Dan might be able to answer that better than me...I was searching for old nikon glass. They let us look through those lenses today.

Those are definitely the kind of thing to inspire on a rainy day. I'm not sure I could shoot them faster than my kids could eat them, though.

Maybe I'll have to try that after they go to bed.

I had a hard time NOT eating my subject matter. I didn't use OCF at all. I used either a flash, or, more often than not, just a flashlight. I had more fun "painting" with the flashlight.

It's fun to do. And fun to experiment with the lighting source. Trying different types of lights. I did one with a laser pointer, but it was really funky.
