It really was handheld....the EXIF should be intact on the shooting parameters.

The SB-800 will work... the SB-400.... well... from what I have read there is no PC-sync cable, so connecting to your radio triggers is not as easy. Plus the SB-400 doesn't have the manual controls for output power, etc -- it is a spiffy little flash, but nothing compared to the SB-800...

The SB-600 also doesn't have a PC-sync jack - but you can add one :D http://strobist.blogspot.com …sb-600-sync-jack-mod.html (external link)

Purty!

Such a meany head...

I bookmarked that, though i don't htink I can do it.

The sb400 works great for a little walk around flash and I've had good results with it for my macro...but I wouldn't use it for work.

That might be the trick.;)

Also, I think you doctored the EXIF information. It says you didn't use a flash, but I'm sure you used the pop-up flash.;)

I finally found the tripod. Hooked up the remote switch, read some manuals... how to set up a tripod, how to make the camera go click with the remote switch.... figured out how to hook the camera to the tripod. Got all the settings the way I wanted them. Took it all outside............ and walked right into a fog bank.:(

I take it the bank won't let you open an account if you are not of the fog family? How rude!
